This policy explains what information WarmApp collects when you use warmapp.ai and join our coach waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have. WarmApp is a coaching platform built by Rubén López and Jeremy Bischoff. If you have any questions, contact us at ruben@wx-academy.com.
Information we collect
When you submit the waitlist form we collect the information you provide: your email address, the type of coaching you do, your number of clients, and any movements or notes you choose to add. We also record basic technical context with each submission, such as your language preference, the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any UTM campaign parameters in the link you followed.
How we use your information
We use this information to contact you about early access to WarmApp, to understand who is interested in the product, and to improve the site and our outreach. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. This may involve cookies or similar technologies and helps us improve the experience. Aggregated usage data is not used to identify you personally.
How we store and share your information
Waitlist submissions are stored in Google Sheets, provided by Google. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the site, such as Google and PostHog, and only so they can perform services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to evaluate interest and invite you to WarmApp, and we remove it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. To make a request, email ruben@wx-academy.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
International users
WarmApp operates internationally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the date shown above.
